Jenny Stern

The South-African born pianist Jenny Stern has recorded for radio and television. She made her debut playing Mozart’s Piano Concerto K450, with Alberto Bolet. Following studies with Lamar Crowson at the Royal College of Music, Jenny completed a Masters winning the prestigious Emma Smith Overseas Scholarship for further study.

 

Jenny has performed extensively in the UK as a soloist and chamber musician. Her live radio broadcasts include Rachmaninoff’s First Piano Concerto.

 

Jenny holds teaching posts at Eton College, Windsor and the Royal College of Music Junior Department, London.

 

She given masterclasses, and is dedicated to bringing music to a wide range of people, having given over 500 concerts and workshops at universities and schools.
